2009-04-04 00:00:00 - Team Project Game

Posted By: annihilator Category: General

One of the modules on my Game Programming course is a team project.

Our game is a 3D platformer. The platforms are attached to the sides on a cube. The player must collect all the collectables in the level and then navigate thier way to the exit.

The levels are very challenging because the player must be aware of the level layout and also enter a face at the correct orientation.

We have recently finished this module so i have uploaded the trailer for the game to youtube. It can be played directly below.

Posted By: annihilator Category: General

Since i am getting near to the end of my Games Programming degree i have decided to start putting up videos of some of my uni work to demonstrate my portfolio.

The first video i have uploaded is a small video demonstrating my Ice rendering shader effect. The effect was created using AMD RenderMonkey and my main research source is Shader X6 - 'Rendering Realistic Ice Objects'.

I will be uploading more videos soon
